When we refer to business days, we exclude Sundays, public holidays, and any days affected by severe weather conditions, including tropical cyclone warnings or other hazardous weather alerts that prevent couriers from operating safely.

Please ensure that the delivery information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify the delivery address or make any changes that would affect shipment. It is also important to note that we cannot arrange specific delivery times or scheduled delivery windows, as courier routes and schedules vary and cannot be adjusted on request.

Although we aim to fulfill deliveries within the expected timeframe, shipping can be influenced by factors outside our control. Bad weather, high order volumes during holidays, incomplete addresses, or courier-related delays may occasionally extend the delivery period. We offer standard delivery at no cost to you. Shipping fees are fully waived for all orders. However, if the courier is unable to complete delivery after two attempts and contact cannot be made, the order will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be returned to your original payment method.
